SUPRA HDMI/DVI The First Over 12m
When our HDMI cable of 10m was approved by HDMI´s accredited testing
centre (ATC), we were only one of two companies in the world with official
certificate for this length. Later, for 12m approved HDMI cable, we were the
first in the world (as far as we know). We can give you a better chance to
arrange your home cinema layout free from being limited by short cables.
Supra Cables invest in the future
New testing equipment brings the Supra Factory facilities up to HDMI Authorised
Test Centre (ATC) level.
Jenving Technology in Sweden, manufacturer of Supra Cables, has invested over 1
million SEK (appr. USD 140,000.-) in highly advanced equipment for HDMI and
other cable measurements. The key part of this investment is a Tektronix DSA
8200 Digital Signal Analyser which can measure up to 20GHz, enabling complete
ATC level measurements with eye diagrams for the new digital cables of the
future including HDMI, HDMI 1.4, USB-3 and DisplayPort.
Most cable companies have few serious R&D facilities and Supra is one of
the only companies globally to have this level of testing capability in-house.
So far, this is the only DSA8200 delivered to Sweden.
"This investment will speed up the development of new and better products,
helping to maintain our leading position in the global market", Tommy
Jenving says.
